Implement a reverse lookup cache to avoid re-filtering the entire
referenced table for every row during reverse reference resolution.
This improves performance from O(N*M) to O(N+M) where N is the number
of rows in the current table and M is the number of rows in the
referenced table.
Also update documentation to reflect the new union resolution
behavior and migration notes for version 2.0.0.
Implements Phase 1 and 2 of the syntax rework plan:
- Brackets `[]` are now mandatory for all tuple and array values.
- Removed the `[Type][]` array syntax; arrays now only use `Type[]`.
- `[single]` is now strictly a 1-tuple rather than an array.
- Updated documentation and test fixtures to reflect these breaking
changes.
- Add writeToDisk option to write .d.ts files directly to disk
- Useful for rsbuild/rspack dev server which uses in-memory FS
- Set writeToDisk: true in dev mode to see generated types
