# Column layout

Wrap content in columns using line markers. This is a tttk extension on top of
standard markdown; see `reference.md` for the element and role catalog.

| Marker | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `\|---` | Start the column container |
| `-\|-` | Divider between columns |
| `--\|` | End the container |

Extra dashes add a `-N` class suffix (e.g. `-|--` → `col-2`) for custom widths.
