- Replace `scanDeclareBlocks` with `parseDeclareCsv` in block processor
- Add error handling for declare block parsing
- Optimize `ReactiveVariableManager` by pre-computing variable keys
- Store template text and keys in data attributes for faster updates
- Adjust `VariableView` popup width via CSS class
