hypercross 4d34f9fa78 refactor(framework): use callback instead of events in

dragDropEventEffect

Replace Phaser event emissions with a `DragDropCallback` in
`dragDropEventEffect` to provide a more explicit and type-safe API
for handling drag-and-drop interactions.
